CENTRAL EUROPE 

CENTRAL EUROPE is a new name for the INTERREG IV B Programme in the Central Europe Region. It is financed by the European Regional Development Fund and runs from 2007 to 2013. 

With €231 million CENTRAL EUROPE invests in innovation, accessibility and environment. It also wants to enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of cities and regions. It provides funding to transnational cooperation projects involving public and private organisations from Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, the Slovak Republic and Slovenia.
