Our Team

Since 2013 our team has steadily grown, and we are currently more than 30 colleagues from 15+ countries.
Most of our team is based in Berlin and regularly meets in our office located in the heart of the German capital.
The open office enables our team to collaborate on projects in person, host partner meetings, and enjoy team lunches together - meet s.Pro team members

We recognise that everybody’s life has different needs. We utilize a hybrid-model of working, giving our teams time to build strong working relationships in the office and the flexibility to work from home.

While English is our working language, we are a multilingual group from diverse backgrounds.   Sometimes work life can get busy. s.Pro is founding and managing partner of the SUBMARINER Network, which brings together an unlimited range of public and private actors from all Baltic Sea Region countries in order to promote and realise activities necessary for using marine resources innovatively and sustainably.
