Capacity building

s.Pro has in recent years significantly enhanced its service offer in the area of capacity building. We have a variety of topic-based and method-based training experiences available – including the “train-the-trainer” workshops used for experts and multipliers. We also offer advice and support to partners all over the world.

s.Pro offers:

  • Topic-based training offers include: Integrated maritime policy, MSP, “blue solutions”
  • Method-based training offers include: logical framework analysis, international project management, stakeholder consultation, multi-stakeholder process management, interactive workshops
  • Longer-term technical assistance through collaboration and demonstration
  • Assisted tool development e.g. to assess economic efficiency or other impacts of proposed solutions
